Stayed here for 9 days, loved the hotel, it was fairly clean with amazing and marvellous location on the beach. The property staff was good, they all greeted us. Location: the hotel was very close to the garden and the main restaurant and the sea.

This place is super clean and housed in a gorgeous building with a garden, just a stone's throw away from Marsa Alam and the beach. the staff is friendly and always willing to help out. The food was clean and there were many options to choose from, including a barbecue. The pools and beach were amazing, with clean waters and great snorkelling. The spinache was outstanding and the chef catered for the many guests.

The cleaning crew could have done a better job on the windows and floors. We also had a negative experience at the spa with a poorly trained therapist and a salesperson who overcharged us and ignored our complaints.

Rooms facing away from the garden guarantee absolute tranquility. the staff is friendly and helpful, serving herbal drinks to the ailing. the bed is comfortable with fluffy pillows and dark curtains. Breakfast is good, with a lot to choose from. the pool and facilities are well-maintained.

The spa services were not up to the mark.

The pools and beach were amazing, with great snorkelling. The staff were polite and attentive, especially the animation team. The food was good and the rooms were comfortable.
